We’re looking for a Product Marketing and Content Lead, to play the lead role in building and executing Legl’s content and product marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our content across the business reflects our positioning as well as drives acquisition and customer engagement.
We are recruiting for a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) who will be a strategic partner to our key clients to ensure they are obtaining the most business value from Legl. Owning a portfolio of “high potential” clients, you will build positive relationships and focus on business outcomes that continually demonstrate product value – leading to adoption and identifying expansion opportunities which align with clients’ needs. As a CSM with a solutions-focused mindset, you’ll truly understand your clients – their business, their challenges, their goals – while helping them maximise their ROI from Legl.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, to play the lead role in building and executing Legl’s marketing strategy. You’ll initially report into the CEO, and work cross-functionally with our incredible product, sales and CX teams; you’ll be responsible for delivering marketing outcomes across the business.
We primarily use Python and Django on the back end and modern Javascript using Google’s Lit web component framework on the front end (this will be soon migrated to Vue.js). We host and deploy using Heroku, with CircleCI used for continuous integration. Testing is embedded into the core of an Engineer’s role at Legl.
As part of our journey to transform the Legal industry, our Engineering team is key to delivering our best-in-class user experience. Focusing predominantly on the back-end, there’s no expectation that you are as comfortable across the whole stack, but continuous learning and continuous improvement is integral to our agile ways of working.

Help support your clients with any outstanding debt by splitting payments into more management instalments. Get access to financial management features, such as enhanced reporting, and reminders to automatically follow-up with your client when payments are due.
Verify the card owner and billing address ahead of taking a card payment from your client.
Before your client is prompted to pay, you can run a check to confirm that the details of your client match the details of the person making the payment. Get all the information you need to verify the payment, or decide if any additional CDD is required.
Process bank transfers with additional compliance checks, including source of funds, client details, and more. Review or reconcile payments before they arrive in your client account to ensure maximum control.
You can offer a new set of bank details for online payments via Legl and for other payment methods, such as bank details on your own invoices. Incoming bank payments will be visible in your dashboard and paid out alongside your card payments.
Attract new clients and support clients who prefer to pay invoices in instalments.
Only ask your client to authorise payments once, and automatically collect the total amount across multiple payment instalments. Control the number of instalments and over what time period payments will be taken, helping your clients to better manage their finances.
Send payment requests to your client via SMS. Create automatic reminders to be sent to your client at intervals once the payment has been initially requested via SMS or a letter sent to their address.
